Mental wellbeing

Beloved, we pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.
3 John 2

Good mental health and wellbeing are important for all of us. Mentally healthy people make small, daily choices that contribute to their mental health. None of us drifts into these habits. But small changes in these areas can assist our wellbeing and help us cope when life is uncertain and stressful.

These resources seek to help Christians understand mental wellbeing from a Christian perspective and provide tips on having a healthy mind, body and soul.
